The most recent revision was
approved on October 18, 2001, to construct an addition to an existing medical office building within the
hospital complex.
Built in 1986, the three -story building is located easterly of the existing parking structure. The building is
a rectangular form with glass walls and column elements; the entry has a projected arched roof. The
applicant is proposing to construct a 2,750 square foot single story addition using the same materials as the
existing building.
The addition will be added to the northeasterly side of the building. All elevations will be finished with
concrete in a color to match the existing building. The north and east elevations will also be clad with white
painted metal cladding, silver louvers and blue reflective glass to match the existing building.
DRB MEETING DECEMBER 12, 2001 1 DR- 132 -856 (REVISED)
