June 19, 2018 <br />Hannibal Petrossi <br />3700 Campus Drive, Suite 200 <br />Newport Beach, CA 92660 <br />SUBJECT: DR- 055 -012: EL TAPATIO MARKETPLACE, 5800 Van Buren Boulevard, Plot <br />Plan & Building Elevations <br />Dear Applicant: <br />At its meeting of December 12, 2001, the Special Projects Committee of the Design Review Board <br />approved the above case subject to the attached conditions of approval. Instructions are provided <br />below for following up on the Board's approval. <br />PLOT PLAN AND BUILDING ELEVATIONS: Carefully read the conditions that apply to your <br />building elevations and plot plan. If revisions are required, revise the original drawings to reflect <br />all required changes. Any changes not incorporated into these plans will result in significant delays <br />in the processing of permits. Utilities and/or occupancy will not be released until the City's <br />inspectors determine that all requirements have been met in the completed project. <br />Please make sure that all persons responsible for the design and construction of this project are <br />aware of, and implement the approved plans and all conditions of approval. Upon project <br />completion, an inspection must be requested, during which the City staff will check that the project <br />has been built in accordance with approved plans and conditions. <br />Please also mark your calendar, as appropriate, regarding any deadlines noted in the approved <br />conditions. <br />
