CITY OF RIVERSIDE PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Notice t f Proposed Negative Declaration <br /> <br /> CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Riverside Planning Department has preliminarily determined that <br />the proposed project described below will not have a significant effect on the environment and intends to adopt a <br />Negative Declaration on or after November 18, 2002. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE INITIAL STUDY CASE EP-017-023/ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE CASE VR-193- <br />012: Proposal ofPhillip Eckroth for environmental review of a grading plan for a single family residence on an <br />approximately 11,325-square-foot vacant parcel at 6150 Pachappa Drive, situated easterly side of Pachappa Drive, <br />northerly of Gibralter Drive, in the R-1-65 -- Single Family Residential Zone. Related exceptions to the Grading <br />Ordinance may be considered. Variance requested: to allow the proposed residence to encroach ten-feet into the <br />twenty-foot front yard setback. Contact Planner: Laura Keal (909) 826-5703. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE INITIAL STUDY CASE EP-016-023: Proposal of IW Consulting Engineers, on behalf <br />of Ricardo Archibold, for environmental review of a revised grading plan to facilitate residential development on <br />approximately .68 vacant acres at 7177 Goldenstar Avenue, situated on the west side of Goldenstar Avenue, south <br />of Overlook Parkway, in the RC -- Residential Conservation Zone. Related exceptions to the Grading Ordinance <br />may be considered. Contact Planner: Joel Belding (909) 826-5932. <br /> <br />Copies of the draft Negative Declaration, including the initial study and all supporting documentation, are available <br />for review after 4:00 p.m. on the date of publication of this notice at the Planning Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, <br />3900 Main Street, Riverside. Any comments must be submitted in writing to the Planning Department no later than <br />November 8, 2002. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator's determination becomes final unless appealed to the City Council no later than <br />November 28, 2002.
