Davidson <br />Associates <br />Mike Emett, CHB Alternate Member <br />Chairman Maddox called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br />Notion: Vanderzyl moved acceptance of the Board's 11/20/91 <br />minutes, as prepared by staff. <br />Frick seconded. <br />AYES: Maddox <br />Frick <br />Jones <br />Vanderzyl <br />ABSTAIN: Gardner <br />PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY COLLEGE'S CONDITIONAL IISE <br />PERMIT TO NCLUDE THE TRII TORE OF MERIT AT 3600 PROSPECT AVENUE <br />WITHIN THE PROSPECT PLACE HISTORIC DISTRICT <br />The staff report was reviewed. Staff advised that he and Chairman <br />Maddox have toured Riverside Community College's rehabilitation work <br />at 3600 Prospect Avenue. Referring to this tour, Chairman Maddox said <br />that the college has "gone the extra mile on a number of things where <br />they could have made do."
