The committee requested the applicant <br />provide matching funds and thereby awarded a $12,500 grant. <br />Item #9 (Project End Date) of the agreement executed by the city states, "The Project <br />shall be completed within one year or by December 31, 2016, whichever comes first, or <br />the date any appeals are final.
