X <br />– CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />PLANNING CASE P16-0243 <br />– 3261 Strong St. <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by Hudson Pruitt Architecture for <br />the construction of an approximately 1,570 sq.ft. attached 3-car garage <br />with Porte Cochere, fitness room, and craft room, a 5,000 sq.ft. detached <br />car collectors garage and wine cellar, and site improvements including <br />landscaping, fencing, gates and driveways. Scott Watson, Associate <br />Planner, presented the staff report and stated that two emails in support <br />of the project were received and distributed to the Board Members prior to <br />the meeting. Hudson Pruitt, applicant, stated they were in agreement with MotionX <br />the staff report. There were no comments from the audience. Following SecondX <br />discussion the Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Determined that Planning Case All Ayes XXXXXXX <br />P16-0243 is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />per Sections 15301 and 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines; and 2) Approved <br />Planning Case P16-0243 based on the findings outlined in the staff report, <br />subject to staff’s recommended conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Structure of Merit Dedesignation – 4049 <br />PLANNING CASE P16-0292 – <br />Main Street <br />Structure of Merit 302, 4049 Main Street, dedesignation proposed by the <br />City of Riverside. Jennifer Mermilliod, Contract Senior Planner, presented <br />the staff report. Comments from the audience. A citizen in the audience <br />requested to know if there would be a cul-de-sac on Mulberry as a result <br />of the project.
