Gaby Adame, Assistant Planner, <br />presented the staff report. The applicant did not have any comments. <br />Comments from the audience: Cindy Roth, President/CEO of the <br />Riverside Chambers of Commerce, stated that on behalf of the Chamber <br />Board, they were in support of the dedesignation. Following discussion MotionX <br />the Cultural Heritage Board recommended that the City Council: 1) SecondX <br />Determine that P16-0152, City Structure of Merit Dedesignation, is All Ayes <br />categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) per Sections 15061(b)(3) and 21084.1 of the CEQA Guidelines as <br />it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity will <br />have a significant effect on the environment; and 2) Approve Planning <br />Case P16-0152 based on the facts for findings outlined in the staff report <br />and thereby the de-designation of 3761 Tenth Street and 3990 Market <br />Street as a Structure of Merit. <br /> <br />Certificate of Appropriateness -- 3761 <br />PLANNING CASE P15-0899 – <br />Tenth Street and 3990 Market Street <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by Roger Clarke of Ruhnau <br />Ruhnau Clarke to consider a remodel of the building’s exterior. Gaby <br />Adame, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. Paul Gill, Ruhnau <br />Ruhnau Clarke, thanked the Board for their action on the previous case <br />and encouraged the Board to approve this case as well. Comments from <br />the audience: Cindy Roth, President/CEO of the Riverside Chambers of <br />Commerce, stated that on behalf of the Chamber Board, they were in <br />support of this project. The Board thanked the applicant for incorporating <br />their suggestions from the previous meeting.
