Even if your item is on the Consent Calendar and you are <br />agreeable to the recommendations, it is advisable to be present in the event that your item is moved to the <br />Discussion Calendar. <br /> <br />State law restricts the Design Review Board from taking action on an item unless it has been included on <br />an agenda and posted 72 hours in advance of a meeting or unless the matter falls within one of the narrow <br />exceptions. Consequently, any item not listed on this agenda will normally have to be delayed until the item <br />can be made part ora posted agenda. <br /> <br />Upon request, this agenda will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with <br />disabilities, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Any person with <br />a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should direct <br />such request to the City's ADA Coordinator at (909) 826-5269 or TDD at (909) 826-2515 at least 48 hours <br />before the meeting, if possible. <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED: <br /> <br />A. CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />The items listed below have been placed on the Design Review Board's Consent Calendar, and are scheduled <br />to be acted upon in one motion by the Board per the conditions recommended by the staff in its report. If <br />you wish to ask for changes to any of these conditions, ask to have your case moved to the Discussion <br />Calendar when your case is called at the beginning of the meeting. The staff, a Board member or member <br />&the audience may also ask that a consent calendar item be discussed. <br /> <br /> NO CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS SCHEDULED <br /> <br />B. DISCUSSION CALENDAR: <br /> <br />The items listed below have been placed on the Design Review Board's discussion calendar and are <br />scheduled to be considered individually. Discussion is not mandatory; however, the opportunity exists for <br />input from members of the Board, the applicant, staff or any member of the audience. If you are in <br />agreement with the staff recommended conditions and do not wish to discuss your case with the Design <br />Review Board, you may have your case removed from the Discussion Calendar and added to the Consent <br />Calendar to expedite action on your case.
