Norton, City Attorney <br />SUBJECT: Closed Session - CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />City's Negotiators: City Manager <br />Unrepresented/Employee Organization: <br />(1) All Executive Management Employees <br />except the City Manager, City Attorney, and <br />City Clerk <br />(2) All Management and Confidential <br />Employees as defined by PERS <br />(3) Fire Management Unit <br />(4) Riverside City Firefighters Association <br />(5) Riverside Police Officers Association <br />(Police and Police Supervisory Units) <br />(6) Service Employees International Union <br />#721 <br />(7) International Brotherhood of Electrical <br />Workers #47 <br />(8) Riverside Police Administrators <br />Association <br />A closed session will be held on July 5, 2022, for the purpose of reviewing the City <br />Council's position and instructing the designated representatives regarding the salaries, <br />salary schedules, or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of its unrepresented <br />and represented employees, and any other matter within the statutorily -provided scope of <br />representation. The closed session may include discussion of the City's available funds <br />and funding priorities, but only insofar as these discussions relate to providing instructions <br />to the City's negotiators.
