The terms of 2 California Code of Regulations Section 18730, a copy of which <br />section is marked Appendix C and attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, and <br />any amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission, are hereby <br />incorporated by reference and, along with the attached Appendix A in which members of boards <br />and commissions are designated, and Appendix B, in which disclosure categories are set forth, <br />constitute the conflict of interest code of the City of Riverside for its board and commission <br />members. <br />2. Designated members shall file statements of economic interests with the City <br />Clerk. <br />3. Resolution No. 22486 shall be repealed and shall no longer have legal effect as of <br />the effective date of this resolution. <br />4. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption. <br />1 <br />
