Declarants desire to improve and develop the parcels captained within PM 544. Declarants desire to create an easement across parcels 1 and 2 for the acceptance of <br />Drainage water. <br />. As a condition for the acceptance of Declarants' final parcel map for PM 3404 and the <br />issuance of futuxe building and grading perrn~ts, City is requiring that an agreement be executed and <br />recorded for cross~lat drainage to provide far the acceptance of Drainage waters across Z parcels <br />within PM 3544 and to provide for the maintenance of the drainage facilitieslswales by the <br />recording of a covenant, <br />
