1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> 15~ <br /> <br /> 16' <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br /> 25 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15623 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS IN <br /> A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, <br />CALIFORNIA, has heretofore undertaken proceedings pursuant to the <br />"Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and has <br />confirmed assessments upon lands within a special assessment <br />district described in a Resolution of Intention previously <br />adopted for said improvements, said special assessment District <br />known and designated as <br /> <br /> SANDY LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />{hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said proceedings provided for the issuance of <br />bonds pursuant to the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", being Divi- <br />sion lO of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califor- <br />nia, and it is necessary to establish terms and provisions of <br />such issuance; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the recordation of the assessment <br />and of the time within which assessments may be paid in cash has <br />been duly published and mailed in the manner provided by law, and <br />the time so provided for receiving payment of assessments in cash <br />has expired, and there has been filed a list of all assessments <br />which now remain unpaid; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, following the elapse of thirty (30} days after <br /> <br />the date of recording of said assessment, a complete list of paid <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />31 <br /> <br />32 <br /> <br />and unpaid assessments has been prepared and filed with the <br />Treasurer; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desired, pursuant to Section 8650.1 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code, to establish the amounts to mature <br />on the bonds to represent unpaid assessments on private property <br /> <br /> <br />
