~P-16-845 <br />Annexation <br />No. 54 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 28 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> RIVERSIDE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15620 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RIVERSIDE <br />GENERAL PLAN BY DELETING THE VERY LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL-C, MEDIUM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, <br />VISITOR COM34ERCIAL AND HIGH DENSITY INDUSTRY <br />LAND USE DESIGNATIONS FROM APPROXIMATELY 524 <br />ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF <br />TRAUTWEIN ROAD SOUTHERLY OF ALESSANDRO BOULEVARD <br />KNOWN AS "ANNEXATION NO. 54--TRAUTWEIN" AND BY <br />PLACING SUCH PROPERTY IN THE VERY LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL-l, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, MEDIUM <br />HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, RETAIL BUSINESS AND <br />OFFICES, INDUSTRIAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE LAND <br />USE DESIGNATIONS; BY DELETING THE VERY LOW <br />DENSITY RESIDENTIAL-B LAND USE DESIGNATION <br />FROM APPROXIMATELY 113 ACRES LOCATED NORTHERLY <br />OF ALESSANDRO BOULEVARD AT TRAUTWEIN ROAD AND <br />BY PLACING SUCH PROPERTY IN THE VERY LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL-l, LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, AND <br />MEDIUM HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL LAND USE DESIG- <br />NATIONS; AND BY INCORPORATING THEREIN THE <br />ALESSANDRO HEIGHTS SPECIFIC PLAN; WITH SUCH <br />AMENDMENTS TO BE OPERATIVE AS OF THE DATE THE <br />PROPERTY CONTAINED IN AND KNOWN AS "ANNEXATION <br />NO. 54--TRAUTWEIN" IS ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside <br />advertised for and held a public hearing on December 20, 1984 to <br />consider amendments to the Riverside General Plan as proposed by <br />Case GP-16-845, and the Planning Commission has recommended to <br />the City Council that the General Plan be amended; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Environmental Protection Commission of the <br />City of Riverside considered the amendments on November 14, 1984 <br />and November 28, 1984 and determined that the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report (DEIR) has been prepared according to the Cali- <br />fornia Environmental Quality Act; the DEIR, along with the <br />comments, responses and public testimony provided, is adequate; <br />and the project will not have a signficant environmental effect <br />subject to the mitigation measures in the EIR and those addi- <br />tional mitigating measures outlined at the EPC hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />advertised for and held a public hearing on January 22, 1985 <br />to consider the proposed amendments; <br /> <br /> <br />
