<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />MINUTES <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2009,3 P.M. <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />CITY HALL <br />3900 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE P08-0948 - HUNTER BUSINESS PARK SPECIFIC PLAN <br />AMENDMENT - CASE P08-0491 - APPEAL - MEXICALI BAR AND GRILL - <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 1690 SPRUCE - RESOLUTION - <br />CONTINUED IN PART <br />Hearing was called relative to the proposal by the City of Riverside to amend <br />the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan to establish procedural provisions <br />and location, operational, and development standards for entertainment uses <br />within existing "Eating and Drinking" establishments in the General Industrial <br />District of the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan and relative to the appeal <br />by Hector Gonzalez on behalf of Mexicali Bar and Grill of the Planning <br />Commission approval of a conditional use permit for entertainment at an <br />existing 7,004-square-foot restaurant and bar located at 1690 Spruce Street. <br />Seven people spoke on the matter.
