The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, a <br />corporate public body politic (the "Agency") has conveyed that <br />certain residence and real property located at 3245 Orange Street <br />in the City of Riverside, Riverside County, California, as more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the <br />"Property") to Gary Rodriguez and Greg Pool, ( "the Developer"). <br /> <br /> B.
