Yamamoto <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17667 <br /> <br />With respect to Resolution No. 17667 adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1991, <br />the City Attorney's Office has determined that: <br /> <br /> Based upon the nature of the Council action and/or the passage of time, there is no <br /> legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br /> The resolution has been repealed or superseded by the adoption of the <br /> Comprehensive General Plan on September 13, 1994 by Resolution No. 18572 and <br /> therefore there is no legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br /> The resolution has been repealed or superseded by the adoption of a master fringe <br /> benefit resolution and therefore there is no legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br /> The resolution has been repealed or superseded by the adoption and ratification of <br /> a comprehensive memorandum of understanding with the bargaining unit. <br /> <br /> X The resolution has been repealed or superseded by the adoption of a master fees and <br /> charges resolution and therefore there is no legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br /> The statute of limitations to contest the bid/bid waiver has expired and therefore <br /> there is no legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br /> The resolution has been repealed or superseded by the adoption of the Airport <br /> Master Plan and therefore there is no legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br /> The statute of limitations to contest the CEQA findings has expired and therefore <br /> there is no legal necessity to prepare the resolution. <br /> <br />F :\COUNCILLRESOL\98026802.GP <br /> <br /> <br />
