<br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY OF RIVERBIDE, CALIFORNIA
<br />AUTHORIZING THE DEFEABANCE OF CERTAIN
<br />WATER REVENUE BOND8 OF SAID CITY
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on January 11, 1966 (the "1960 Resolution"),
<br />the City of Riverside, California (the "City") has issued
<br />its Waterworks Revenue Bonds, Election 1960, Series 2 (the
<br />"1960 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the aggregate
<br />principal amount of $230,000; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on June 6, 1967 (the "1967 Resolution"), the
<br />City has issued its Waterworks Revenue Bonds, Election 1967,
<br />Series A (the "1967 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the
<br />aggregate principal amount of $1,400,000; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on October 14, 1969 (the "1969 Resolution"),
<br />the City has issued its Water Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1969
<br />(the "1969 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the aggregate
<br />principal amount of $450,000; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on March 7, 1972 (the "1972 Resolution"), the
<br />City has issued its Water Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1972 (the
<br />"1972 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the aggregate
<br />principal amount of $2,935,000; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on June 19, 1973 (the "1973 Resolution"), the
<br />City has issued its Water Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1973 (the
<br />"1973 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the aggregate
<br />principal amount of $4,280,000; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on October 28, 1975 (the "1976 Resolution"),
<br />the City has issued its Water Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1976
<br />(the "1976 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the aggregate
<br />principal amount of $1,415,000; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
<br />City Council on November 23, 1977 (the "1977 Resolution"),
<br />the City Council has issued its Water Revenue Bonds, Issue
<br />of 1977 (the "1977 Bonds"), currently outstanding in the
<br />aggregate principal amount of $2,200,000; and
