RESOLUTION NO. 19433 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED AMENDED <br />ARLINGTON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND TO THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside (the "Agency") has <br />initiated the expansion of the Arlington Redevelopment Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sections 33348 and 33360 of Health and Safety Code require that the City <br />Council of the City of Riverside (the "City Council") and the Agency must hold a joint public <br />heating on the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Environmental Impact Report for the Project; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33349 of Health and Safety Code requires that a notice of said <br />public hearing be published in a newspaper of general circulation and be mailed to each property <br />owner, resident, business, and affected taxing agency. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Riverside hereby resolves as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the <br />Agency on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the amended Arlington Redevelopment Project <br />and for the Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection therewith at the following time <br />and place: <br /> <br />Date: April 6, 1999 <br />Time: 2:00 p.m. <br />Place: City Hall Council Chambers <br /> 3900 Main Street <br /> Riverside, CA 92501 <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City Council is authorized and directed to give <br />notice of such public hearing in the form and manner required by law. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 2"d day of February, 1999. <br /> <br />Mayor of the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
