1 2 3 4 5 RESOLUTION NO. 19415 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING RECORDING OF AN AMENDED MAP OF THE BOUNDARIES OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 86-1 SHOWING AND DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF IMPROVEMENT AREA NO. 2 THEREOF 6 WHEREAS, on November 10, 1998 the City Council (the "City Council") of the City 7 of Riverside (the "City") adopted Resolution No. 19381, a resolution of consideration pursuant to Section 53334 of the California Government Code, commencing proceedings for the consideration of 8 ordering the alteration of the Methodology for Determining and Apportioning Annual Amounts of 9 Special Taxes and Maximum Annual Amounts of Special Taxes (the "Methodology") for Community 10 Facilities District No. 86-1 of the City of Riverside, California" (the "District") and the levy of new a_ 1 special taxes within a portion of the District which has been designated Improvement Area No. 2 12 thereof (the "Improvement Area"); and ~ 3 WHEREAS, on January 5, 1999, the City Council adopted a resolution declaring the ~.4 results of the special election for the Improvement Area and determining that at such special election, 15 which was held on January 5, 1999, all votes voted on the proposition with respect to whether the Methodology should be modified and whether new special taxes should be levied on the property 16 within the Improvement Area were voted in favor thereof, and such proposition carried; and 17 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary that the map of the 18 boundaries of the District be modified to show and describe the boundaries of the Improvement Area; 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY 20 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: 2 1 Section 1. The amended map of the boundaries of the District entitled "Amended 22 Boundaries of Community Facilities District No. 86-1 of the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, and Improvement Area No. 1 and Improvement Area No. 2 Thereof" is approved 23 in the form submitted to the City Council at the meeting at which this resolution is adopted. 24 Section 2. The City Clerk shall cause such map to be recorded in the Official Records 25 of the County of Riverside as required by Section 3113 of the California Streets and Highways Code. 26 27 28 RVPUB'~RTA\55413
