Mertz, Nick Anguiano, Sandra Reyes, <br />Baltazar Reyes, Sue Kevingham, Sandra Stokley, Lanier Harper, and <br />others <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There were no oral comments presented at this time. <br /> <br />RENTAL INCREASE DISPUTE -10513 MAGNOLIA AVENUE <br />Hearing was called on the proposal of Lea Sykes on a rental increase dispute for capital <br />improvement pass-throughs at 10513 Magnolia Avenue. Following discussion, motion was <br />made by Chair Barber and seconded by Member Smith to accept the settlement between <br />Lea F. Sykes, Laverne J. Harrell, and Wayne Browning.
