The ~ayor and C~mon Council of the City of Riverside do ordain as follow~:- Section 1. That the official grade of North Ora~e Street in ~he City of Riverside at ~he points hereinafter designated is established as follo%~s:- In both curb lines of North Orange Street 500. feet North of North line of First Street, 660. feet North of North line of First £treet, 760. feet North 'of North Line of First ,Street, 900. feet North of North line of First Street, At South line of Poplar Street, At North line of Poplar Street, 278. feet North of North line of Poplar Street, 220. feet Soutl] of South line of Russell Street, At South line of Russell Street, 840.00 842.00 842.00 841.00 846.00 845.50 841.00 835.20 837.00 Also establishing the official grades of Russell Street as follows:- In both curb lines of Russell Street 200. feet West of center line of Colton Avenue, 857.00 660. feet West of center line of Colton Avenue, 850.60 1320. feet West of ~enter line of Colton Avenue, 844,00 At East line of North Orange Street, 837.00 Section 2. The curb lines of North Orange Street are hereby established at fifteen (15) feet on each side of the center line of said street.. Section 3.
