Section 2. ~hat the persons who shall be elected at <br /> said election, shall hold office respectively, for and during <br /> the term prescribed by Section 212 ~nd 21~ of said Charter, <br /> provided, however, that one member of the Board of Education <br /> shall hold office until the first Monday in Janumry, 1914. <br /> <br /> Section 8. ~hat said election shall be held in <br /> accordance with the provisions of the Gene~'al ~,a~v of the State, <br /> governing municipal elections, where the same are held separate <br /> from the General State election; and the General election la%rs <br /> of the State of California so far as may be applicable, ~nd ~n <br /> accordance with the provisions of said Char~er. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
