Section 2. ~hat the persons who shall be elected at said election, shall hold office respectively, for and during the term prescribed by Section 212 ~nd 21~ of said Charter, provided, however, that one member of the Board of Education shall hold office until the first Monday in Janumry, 1914. Section 8. ~hat said election shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Gene~'al ~,a~v of the State, governing municipal elections, where the same are held separate from the General State election; and the General election la%rs of the State of California so far as may be applicable, ~nd ~n accordance with the provisions of said Char~er. Section 4. Per the purpose of said election, the polls shall be opened at 6 o'clock in the morning of %he day of election, and s]mll be kept open until 6 o'clock in the afternoon of the same de.y, v~hen the san~ shall be closed.
