O~DINANOE NO. 119 · <br /> (New SerieS) <br /> <br /> An Ordinance of the City Of Riverside granting to the <br />Pacific Electric Railway Company, its successors and assigns, <br />the right to construct, operate and maintain a dotible track <br />electric railroad over, along and across certain streets in <br />the City of Riverside for a period of Forty-five (45) years <br />from and after the 18th day of September, 1911. <br /> <br /> The 1,:ayor ~nd Common Council of the City of Riverside do <br />ordain as follows:- <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the right, privilege and franchise be <br />and the same is hereby granted to the Pacific Electric Railway <br />Company, its successors and assigns, to construct, operate and <br />maintain a double track electric railroad, for a period of <br />Forty-five (45) years from m~d after the 18th day of September, <br />1911,' over and along the route and over, along and upon the <br />streets or portions of streets in said ~ity of Riverside <br />described as follo~s, to-wit:- <br /> <br /> The extension of ;~,agnolia Avenue as outlined and defined <br />by Resolution //69 (New Series) of the l!ayor and Common Council <br />of the City of Riverside, declaring their intention to extend <br />and upen up 1,',agnolia Avenue in said city from the present <br />termination of said avenue at Arlin~ton Avenue in said city to <br />the center,line of ~ain Street near its intersection with the <br />center line of 14th Street tn said City, said ResSlution <br />(Ne~ Series) havi~ been passed by the Common Counci¥ of the <br />City of Riverside ~arch 1st, 1~10, ~nd according to the maps <br />showln~ the location of said ~.:agnolia Avenue on file in the <br />County Recorder'~ o£fice of the County of Riverside, California, <br />in Book #? of ~:aps, at page 61; together ~ith the right to erect <br />and maintain all necessary poles and wires and to construct <br />and maintain all necessary switches, turn-outs, curves, con- <br /> <br /> <br />
