ORDINANCE NO. 6460 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: 8 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map 9 which is a part thereof are mended by placing into the Light Manufacturing and Business Park 10 Combining Zones CM-1-BP") the approximately 10.34 acres located on the west side of north Main 11 Street adjacent to the Riverside/San Bernardino County line, generally westerly of, and between 12 Placentia Lane and Bartlett Avenue, as described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated 13 herein by this reference. 14 Section 2: The provisions of this ordinance shall become operative as of the date the 15 territory contained in and known as "Annexation No. 85--West Side of Main Street Adjacent to the 16 County Line" is annexed to the City o:~ Riverside. 17 Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause 18 publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter 19 of the City of Riverside.
