RZ-031-956 <br /> <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 Attest: <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 6458 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND <br /> FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE C-3-S-2-X-15. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map <br />which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single Family Residential ("R-1-65") <br />Zone, and placing in the General Commercial, Two Story Height of Building Combining and <br />Building Setback Combining ("C-3-S-2-X-15") Zone, with a 15 foot setback from Indiana Avenue <br />and Tyler Street, the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause <br />publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />Charter of the City of Riverside.
