That the franchise heretofore ~r~_~ted by the Board of Trust'ees of the City of Riverside to the s~id Electric Light & Power Comps, ny to fu~mish electric !i~ht and electricity to the City of Riverside for a period of twenty-fdve years under the terms of the said Ordinance ~-89 is hereby declared to be and the same is hereby forfeited, and all rights and privileges acquired by the said Electric Light & Power~,~s successors and assigns, are hereby declared to be and are annulled and at end.
