ORDINANCE NO. 132 (New ~erion) . An Ordinance to provide for the licensing of businesses, trades and occupations carried on in the City of Riverside, California. The Payor and Common Council of the City o£ Riverside do ordain as follows: Section 1. That the rate of licenses ~or the pursuit businesses, trades, occupations, vocations and employments in this ordinance named be and the same are hereby fixed and established for and within tile City of Riverside, and the same shall be paid by the owners or agents thereof as follows, that is to say: 1. For every banker or bank with a capital of ~100,000 or over, per quarter, .,~30.00; 2. For every banker or bank with a capital'of less than :~;100,000, per quarter, ~15.00; 3. For every plumbing business where the same is cai'vied on at a fixed place of business in the City of Hlverside, or ~here a complete plumbing business is maintained in a fixed place of business in said City of Riverside, in carrying on such business, per annum, .s5 .os 4. Foe every kind of plumbing business other than that de- scribed in Subdilsion 3 of this ~ectlon, per annum, ~lO0.O0; 5. For every money, stock or real estate broker, per quarter, ~6.00; 6. 7. For every retail meat market, per quarter, ..~6.00; For every person who, havi~l no meat market or stall, engages in the retail business in the city limits, per quartet., ~9.00; 8. For every undertaker, per quarter, .~3.00; 9'. For every auction room or stand, pop quarter, ~.150.00; 10.
