That 8oction 19 of Ordinance ~o. 59 (~ew ~eries) be amended to read as follows:- SSeotion 19. It shall be ~lawful for any o~e~, lessee or keoper of ~y billiard ~11 or other room where billiard or ~ol ga~s are conducted for hire to allow or petit any ~nor, ~der the age of twenty- one years, to visit or frequent ~y such billiard hall, or ~ol room, or to allow such ~nor to lliter in or about the sa~, or to play any ~ames therein. ;- ~ection ~.
