<br /> Section 1. That a s~ecial municipal election is hereby called
<br />and shall be held in the City of Riverside, on Tuesday, the 16th day of
<br />December, 1913, and that at said election there shall be submitted to
<br />the qtsalified electors of said city for approval, the proposed charter
<br />m,'.end~,ents nur.'.bers one, tv:o, three, four, five and six as prol~osed by
<br />an ~nitiative l:ctition presented to the Co~c. mon Council of said $ity on
<br />Ihs 22th .$~y of October, 1913; and numbers seven, eib. hr, nine, ten,
<br />eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, .fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eight-
<br />cen, nineteen and twenty as !~roposed by the Co~mmon Council of said city
<br />by Resolution Nun~.ber 27~ (:,ew Series) entitled:

<br /> Resolution providing for the submission to the qualified
<br />electors of the City of Riverside, at a special election to be held
<br />in said City of Riverside, on the 16%h day of Peeember, 1~o13, of
<br />certain prol:osals to a~end the charter of the C. ity of Piverside;
<br />approved November, 14,~, 1913.
