That it shall be unlawful for any <br />person, firm or corporation to show, exhibit or carry on <br />in a tent, any musical, rope, wire-dancing, magic, leger- <br />demain or theatrical exhibitions or entertainmentswhere a <br />price ofadmission is asked or charged or contribution so- <br />ltcitedt, within that certain district of the Oity of RiverL <br />si~e described as follows, to-wit:- <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of First Street and <br />COlton Avenue in said Olty~ thence r~ning westerly along <br />First Street to its intersection with Pine Street; thence <br />running southerly on Pine Street to its inter~eoti~n with <br />Fourth Street; thence running westerly along Fourth Street <br />to its intersection with Pepper Street; thence running <br />southerly on Pepper Street to its intersection with Fourteenth <br />Street; thence running easterly along Fourteenth Street to <br />its intersection with Pachappa Avenue; thence running north- <br />erly along Pachappa Avenue to the place of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation <br />violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />deemed guilty of a miedemeanbr and upon conviction thereof <br />shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Three Hundred <br />$300,00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the Oity Jail for a <br />period of not more than one hundxed (100) days, or by both <br />such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
