That Subdivision 41 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 132 (New Series) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:~ 41. For every musical, rope, wire-dancing, magic, legerdemain or theatrical exhibitions or entertainment, and all traveling shows and entertainments other than those above mentioned, where a price of admission is asked or charged, or / ~-E_~ contributions solicited, for each day or part of a day, $15.OO provided that this does not apply to theatrical or musical entertainments by bona fide residents of this city for purposes of benevolence, mental improvement or amusement, and provided, also, that any person desiring to take out an annual license, payable in advance, may do so at the rate of, per annum, $5~6b Section 2. That Subdivision 88 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 132 (New Series) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:~ 88. For every garage or dealer in bicycles, motor- cycles or automobiles, per quarter, $~.OO. For every person having a public automobile stand without owning a garage, $3.00 per quarter for each passenger seat contained in said automobile. Section 3.
