OBDINANCE NO, AN ORDIHANCE OF THE CITY OF RI~RSID~ CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN RIVERSIDE~SEWER DISTRICT NO. 2 IN SAID CITY ON THE SEVENTH DAY OF JUNE, 1915, AND SUBHITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF SAID ~E?}2R DISTRIOT, THE PROPOSI- TION OF INCURRING INDEBTEDNESS FOR T~ CONSTRUCTION OF ~EWERS T~REIN; . PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANOE OF BONDS THEREFOR, SCRIBING THE ELECTION P~ECINCT, DESIGNATING THE POLLING PLACE AND APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS FOR TRE SAID ELECTION. WHEREAS,the Cobb, on Council of the City of Riverside, at its meeting held April 27th, 1915, by a vote of two-thirds of all its r~e~?oers, duly passed aud adopted a resolution de- termining that the public interest ~nd convenience require the following work to be done, to -wit:- That sewers be con- structed in that certain territory in the City of Riverside designated, named aud nur.~bered as Riverside Sewer District No, 2, and %REREAS,-~ that certain part of the territory of the City of Riverside described in said resolution and hereinafter described, natured and numbered as Riverside Sewer District No. 2, vms by said resolution created a se¥;cr dis- trict in said City, and was declared to be the district to be benefited by said work ~nd improve~ent, and was declared the district upon which the expense of such proposed sewer work or improve~uent, shall be uharge~ble, and %%~EREAS, the said resolution was approved by the executive of said City, to-wit, the Mayor thereof, on the 2~th day of April, 1915, now therefore, The .~.~ayor and Common Council of the City of River- side do ordain as follows:- Section 1.
