The Mayor attd Common Council of the City of Riverside, do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section l~of Ordinance Ilo. 241, of the Oity of Riverside be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying or being in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, bounded and particularly de- scribed as follows, to-wit: V~All of Block Nine [9) of tho Pairmount.
