FR0~{. ,..EIGHTH ST~{i~ET TO ELEVENTH STREET BY THE WIDENING THEREOF. 6 7 The Mayor and Council of 5he City of Riverside do ordain as follows: Section 1. and declared: That it is hereby found, determined That by Ordinance No. 5'/? (New Series) duly and 8 9 10 11 regularly adopted on March 11, 1930, the intention of the Council of the City of Riverside to order the hereinafter IS described work to be done was'declared, which ordinance of intention was duly and legally published as appears f~om the 15 affidavit of H. W. Hammond now on file in the office of the 16 City Clerk-of the City of Riverside and which ordinance did 17 describe the land necessary or convenient to be taken for the 18 proposed improvement and did describe the proposed improve- 19 ment and the district to be benefited thereby and to be assessed 2O to pay the expense thereof and did fix the 1st day of April, 1930, at the hour of 9:30 A. M. of said day as the day ho~, and the Chambers of tlm 0ouncil of the City of Riverside 2S in the City Hall in said City as the place, when and where shy or all persons havin~ any objection to the proposed work or 25 improvement might appear and show cause why said improvement 26 ~ should not be carried out, and did contain all other things 27 required by law to be contained theret~; and 2S That the Street Superintendent did thereupon give 29 notice of said contemplated work and improvement by posting SO notices in the time, fomn, manner snd number as required by / S1 law, as appears from the affidavit of H.
