JO Section 6. If a tUbercUli~ res t of a dairy 11 herd located in said City of Riverside, or located outside 12 of said City but sUpPlying milk to consumers within said CitY, 13 indicates the presence of reacting animals to the extent of 15 twenty-five per cent or more of the milk cows in said herd, ~5 then the milk from any part of said herd s~all be excluded 16 frO~ sale in the City of Riverside until a complete retest 17 has been made and the result of said retest shows not to ex- 18 ceed ten per cent of reactOr cows, Such retests shall be 19 made not less than forty days after the preceding tes~.
