That the right, privilege and franchise be, and the <br />s~e is hereby granted to Los Angeles & Salt Lake'Railroad Company, a cor- <br />poration, its successors and assigns, to. construct and/or relocate, and to <br />and including the 28th day of ~y, 1982, to ~aintain a~d operate over and <br />across Third Street in said City of Riverside certain railroad tracks,as <br />follows: (a) to construct and thereafter to maintain and operate as above ~- <br />provided a spur track (Track No. 15) over and across Third Street in the <br />City of Riverside upon the center line location particularly hereinafter <br />described; (b) to relocate its main track over and across Third Street in <br />the City of Riverside in the center line location hereinafter particularly <br />described; and (c) to relocate its Track No. 7 over and across Third Street <br />in the City of Riverside in the center line location hereinafter more parti- <br />cularly described, to-v~t: <br /> <br /> (a) Spur Track No. 18. <br /> <br /> Begirming at a point in the south~vesterly line of said Third <br />Street distant S. 61° 05' 30" E. 155.56 feet neasured along said south- <br />~ve-~;erly line from the southeastebly line of Vine Street, said point being <br />a point in the main track of Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroads thence <br />northeasterly along a~7 turnout to the left from said main track to a <br />point in the northeasterly line of said Third Street distant southeasteiqy <br />~easured along said northeasterly line 148.47 feet fron the southeasterly <br />line of Vine Street. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
