The recom- Imendation was approved as presented. 1993-94 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS A written report was submitted from Chairperson Pearson of the City Council Governmental Affairs Committee presenting the Committee's recommendations that the City Council (1) approve the recommendations for membership on the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) for the 1993-9& Program Year as listed in the report; and (2) request that the Mayor send a letter of appreciation to Rosa McGrath and Michael Elliott for their service on the CDAC. SPEED LIMITS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS - CONTINUED Presentation of a report from the City Council Public Safety Committee relative to remov- ing existing speed limits and eetablishin$ speed limits on portion~ of several streets was continued until the C~mmittee ia prepared to present its report. DEVELOPMENT IMPACT REES - CONTINUED Presentation of a report from the City Council Utility Services/Land Use/Energy Develop- ment Committee relative to development impact fees, with input from the Building Indus- try Association (BIA), Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Partnership (EDP), was continued to February 16, 1993.
