Ordinance No. 409 (New Series) is hereby amended by placing the following described property in Zone "D-2" and removing the same from Zone "E"l Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue and the northerly line of Lot 42, Block 7, Tibbetts Tract; thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lob 42 to a point, said point being 150 feet easterly from the easterly line of Mag- nolia Avenue (measured at right angles); thence'southerly parallel to the east- erly line of Magnolia Avenue to the intersection with the easterly lines of Lot 19 and 26, inclusive, said Block 7; thence southerly along said easterly lines to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 26; thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot 26 to the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue; thence northerly along the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue bo the point of be- ginning; Also Lots 11 and 12, 20 to 26, inclusive, Nelson Square; also Lots 1 to 5, inclu- sive, Marivilla Tract; also on that por- tion of School Circle, vacated, lying easterly of the westerly line of Lots 1 bo 5, inclusive, Marivilla Tract, pro- duced northerly; Section 2.
