Section 2. DUTY OF INS~CTOR~ it shall be the duty of the Ins~ctor to furnish to each and every person, firm, conpany or corpo~ation contemplating the construction of ~ny plumbing, house drainage or gas fit- ting within the limits of ~aid City, a pernit fo~ such work upon the terms and conditions herein~ber set ~forth. He shall inspect in a thorough man- ner~ all ph~bing installed in old and new buildings in said City. It sh~ll be in his duty to see that the terms ~d provisions of this Ordinate or any ~nen~ent thereto are complied with; he shall ex,ne all plans ~d specifications of contemplated buildings and improvements, alterations ~d repairs, that are filed ~th the Building Depa~tment insofar as said p~ans and specifications shall relate to plumbing o~ s~itary conditions thereof. D~SAP~OVAE OF P~S$ If the plus relating to -~bing or gas fitting~ are fo~d to be incorrect o~ faulty, they sha~l be disapproved, aud the applicant noti~ie~ o~ the corrections necessary to co~ply vdth the yules and regulations a's set forth by the State, the De~ part~ent of Health, ~d the City Pl~ablng Ordinance. Section 4.
