Taylor, Councilman from the Third Ward of said city. NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and Council of the City of Riverside do Ordain as follows: Section l: That a special election be held and the same is hereby called and ordered to be held on the 2nd day of February, 1934, for the purpose of determining whether or ~6~ Eugene B.
