ORDINANCE NO. 696 (NEW SER AN 0RDINANGE OF TIlE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AMEND- ING 0RDINANGE NO~ 616 -(N. S,) BY REMOVING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ZONE "Gs AND PLAOl~O THE SAb~ IN ZONE The Mayor and Counotl of the City of Riverside do ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 616 (N. S.) is tlereby amended by adding to Subsection B-2 of said Section 2 the following: Also a portion of Lot 6, Block 26 of the Village of Arlington, described as follows: Condensing at the intersection of the South- easterly line of Magnolia Avenue with the Northeasterly line of Mill Street; thence Northeasterly along said line of Magnolia Avenue ~0 feet; thence at right angles Southeasterly 180 feet; thence at right angles Southwesterly 50 feet; thence at right angles Northwesterly 180 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2: Section 2 of Ordinance 616 (N. S.) is hereby amended by adding to Subs~oti~n'"C" of said Sectic~ 2 the following: Excepting therefrom a portion of Lot 6, Block 26 of the Village of Arlington, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of tho South- easterly line of Magnolia Avenue with the Northeasterly line of Mill Street; thence Northeasterly along said line of Magnolia Avenue 50 feet; thence at right angles Southeasterly 160 feet; thence at right angles Southwesterly 80 feet; thence at right angles Northwesterly 160 feet to the point of beginning. Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the s~me to be posted on the 28 Bulletin Board at the City Hall in said City. 29 I, G.
