ARLINOTOH AVENUE, from its.intersection with E1Padro Street, to its in~ersectl0n ~th ~onroe Street, both inclusive,~and~ Van.Buren Street, fro~ Hiller Street to J~ckson Street, both inclugive. BLAINE STREET, at its intersection with Kansas Avenue{ and also at its intersection with Chicago Avenue, except at its inter~ection with the easterly side of Chicago Avenue. BROCKTON AVENUE, from its intersection with Tequesquite Avenue, to its intersection with Sumkveide Drive, both inclusive. CENTRAL AVEHUE, at its intersection with Brockton Avenue, except at the southerly side of its intersection with Brockton Avenue, and at its inter- section with Riverside,Avenue~ O~ivewood Avenue, and Victoria Avenue, except at the easterly side of its intersection with Victoria Avenue.
