Section Bi That the slary of ~e Chief of the Fire Department be and the same is herebY fixed at the sum of $245.00 per month, ef£ective as Of December 1, 19~.~ ~/ Section 3: That ordinances Nos._. 809 (New series) and 939 (New Series), and all other ordinances and parts of ordi- nances in confiict herewith are hereby repealed..
