The MayOr and Council of the City of Riverside do ordain as follows: Section 1: Pal, agraph (a) of Section 32 of Ordinance No. 583 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows' "Section 32. STA}PDING FOR LOADING ONLY IN CERTAIN PLACES. (a) 'it' shall bo unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop said vehicle fo~:a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unioadihg of passengers or materials: (1) At any curb where the grade of the street exceeds twelve per cent (1276); (2) in any ~lley; (3) In any loading zone; (4) At the curb opposite the center of the entrance to any hospitaI$ ~. (5) At any curb withih7'f!£~y (50) feet of a point on the curb opposite the center of the entrance to any police station, except oassenger vehicles may stop for loading and unload{rig passengers at a designated passenger zone$ (6) At any time between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. of any day except Saturday or Sunday on the northerly side of Terracina Drive between Terracina Court and Magnolia Avenue; on the south- orly side of Terracina Drive for a distance of 3~3 feet Westerly from the westerly line of RiVerside Avenue; on the westerly side of ~iversido Aven~te f~om Terractna Drive to Fairfax Avenue; and on the northerly side of Fairfax Avenue, ~from Riverside Avenue westerly a distance of lB1 feet; (7) In any portion of those certain streets in the City of Riverside lmown as ~hittier Place and Hidalgo Place; (8) In any marked passenger zone, and no vehicle shall stop in a passenger zone except parallel with the curb; .~ (9) On tho .westerly side' of Da Cadena Drtgb~ from the City Limits'southerly to Redman Curve, and on the northerly side of Redman Curve and of Russell Street, from La Cadena Drive to Mulberry Street; -1-
