No, §83 (NEW ;EHiES}, AND REPEALINO'ORDINANOE NO. 1068. 6 The mayor and oouncti o£ the Oity of Riverside do ordain 6 as folloWs~ 7 Section 1: Paragraph (a) of Section 32 of Ordinance No. 8 583 (New Series) is hereby 'alnended to read as follows: 9 io II 12 13 14 "Section 32, STANDING ~OR LOADING ONLY IN CERTAIN PLACES. (a) It'shaii be unlawful for the operator o£ a vehicle to stop said Vehicle for a Period of time longer than is necessary for the exPeditioUs loading or unloading of passengers or materials: (1) At any curb where the grade of the street exceeds twelve per cent (2) In any alley; 16 (3) In any loading zone; 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24. 25 26 27 28 ...... ,o.,, 29 3O 31 (4) At the curb opposite the center of the entrance to any hospital; (5) At any curb within fifty (§0) feet of a point on the curb oppoSite the center of the entrance to any police station~ except passenger vehicles may stop for loading and uHloading passengers at a designated passenger zone; (6) At any time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:~0 p.m. of any day except SUndays and holidays, on Terracina Drive~ from Magnolia Avenue to Terracina Court; on the westerly side of RiVerSide AVenue, from Terracina Drive to Fairfax AvenUe; and on the northerly side of Fairfax Avenue, from Riverside Avenue westerly, a dis- tance of 151 feet; (7) In any portion of those certain streets in the City of Riverside known as ~nittier Place and Hidalgo Place; (8)' In any marked ~assen~er zone, and no vehicle shall stop in a passenger zone except parallel with the ctu, b; (9) On the westerly side of La Cadena Drive, f~om.the City Limits southerly to Redman C~rve, and on the nor- therly side of Redman Curve and Of Russell ~tree~, from La Cadena Drive to Mulberry Street; (l~) On the*westerly side of Pachappa Avenue, from Third Street to Tenth Street; and on the easterly and westerly side of Pachappa Avenue, from Thirteenth Street to Fourteenth Street; -1-
