Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be uosted on the bulletin board at the City Hall in said City. I, O. Albert Mills, City Clerk of the City of Riverside, California, hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced on the 65h day of February, 1945, and was passed and adopted by the Council of said City, at its meet- ing held on the 15th day of February, 1945, by the following vote: Ayes: Co:mcilnen Rawlings, Al!bri?ht, Carter, Pickett, D~,!eg, Rnthgeber, ~nd Harris.
