ORDI~IA~iCE N0. lOgS O~ SEC~0N 2 0~ 0~/~i~iNCE ~0. 61~ i~V Calendar No. 4 5 The Mayor and CoUhcil o£ the City o£ Riverside do ordain 6 as follows: 7 Section 1: SubsectiOn B-~ of ParagraPh (a) of Section S 2 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 9 thereto One paragraph which reads as follows: l0 11 12 "Also that parcel of land beginning at the south- westerly eor~r of Magnolia AVenUe and Jackson Street; thence westerly lB0 fe~t to the true point of beginning; thence westerly 1'80 feet by southerly 200 feet." 13 Section 2: Subsection E of Paragraph (a) of Section 2 14 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 15 thereto one paragraph which reads as Follows: 16 "Excepting therefrom that parcel of land beginning at the southwesterly corner of Magnolia Avenue and Jackson Street; thence Westerly 150 feet to the true point of beginning; thence westerly 180 feet by southerly 200 feet." 19 Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption 20 of this ordinance-and shall cause the same to be posted on the 21 bulletin board at the City Hall in said City, 22 I, G.
