ORDINANCE No. 1092 C~lendar No. 564 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SUBSECTIONS B-3 AND D-2 OF PARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION 2 OF ORDiNAN~E NO. 616 (NEW SERIES) The Mayor and Council of the City of Riverside do ordain 6 as follows: 7 Section 1: Subsection B-3 of Paragraph (a) of Section S 2 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 9 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: 10 11 12 "Also all those portions of Lots 9 to 14, both inclusive, of E1 Ultimo Tract, not included in Fourteenth Street, situated on the northerly side of Fourteenth Street, between Sedgwick Avenue and Mariposa Street." 13 Section 2: Subsection D-2 of Paragraph (a) of Section 2 14 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 15 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: 16 17 18 "Excepting therefrom all those portions of Lots 9 to 14, both inclusive, of E1 Ultimo Tract, not in- cluded in Fourteenth Street, situated on the nor- therly side of Fourteenth Street, between Sedgwick Avenue and Mariposa Street." 19 Section 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption 20 of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted on the 21 bulletin board at the City Hall in said City. 22 I, G. Albert Mills, City Clerk of the City of Riverside, California, hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly 23 and regularly introduced on the 24th day of April, 194§, and was passed and adopted by the Council of said City, at its meeting 2~ held on the ~C~h ~Myof~A~S, 194§, by the following vote: 25 26 27 28 Ayes: Councilmen Rawlings, Allbright, Carter, PiCkett, Dales, Rathgeber and Harris.
