ORDiNAnCE NO. 616 (NEW SERIES) 4 5 The Nayor and Council of the City of Riverside do ordain 6 as follows: 7 Section 1: Subsection B-5 of paragraph (a) of Section 2 8 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 9 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 "Also all that portion of Lot 49 of the Lands of the Southern California Colony Association, as sho~ on map filed in Book 7, page 5 of Naps, San Bernardino 0ounty Records, particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly~corner of said Lot; thence Westerly along the Southerly line thereof, 16§ feet; thence at a right angle Northerly and parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot, 660 feet to the Northerly line thereof; thence Easterly along said Northerly line, 168 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot; thence Southerly along the Easterly line thereof, 660 feet to the point of beginning, estimated to contain 2~ acres. The Easterly ~ acres of Lot 49, SCCA." 17 Section 21 Subsection E of paragraph (a) of Section 2 iS of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 19 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 "Excepting therefr6m all that portion of Lot 49 of the Lands of the Southern California Colony Association, as shown on map filed in Book 7, page ~ of Naps, San Ber- nardtno County Records, particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot; thence Westerly along the Southerly line thereof, 188 feet; thence at a right angle Northerly and parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot, 880 feet to the Northerly line thereof; thence Easterly along said Northerly line, 188 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot; thence Southerly along the Easterly line thereof, 880 feet to the point of beginning, estimated to contain ~ acres.
