i <br />2 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br />AN ORDINANOE OF THE OI~ 0F~ RiVERS~DE, GALiFoRNIA, <br /> <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, 'A~m':DE~iNiNG ~E TER~ "TEA <br />ROOM" AS EMPL0~D IN SAID ORDIN~NGE. <br /> <br />The Mayor and Council of the City of Riverside do ordain <br /> <br />7 as Follows: <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Section 1: Paragraph (a) of Section 5 of Ordinance No. <br /> <br />9 616 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />"(a) Zones C or Fourth Residential District. In <br />Zones C or Fourth Residential Districts, no building, <br />structure~ improvement'or premises shall be erected, <br />constructed, established, altered, maintained or used, <br />except as provided in Section 14 hereof, which is <br />designed, arranged or intended to be occupied or used <br />for any purpose other than a use permitted in a Zone <br />D-2 or E or for a single-family dwelling, two-family <br />dwelling, three-family dwelling, four-family dwelling, <br />multiple dwelling, bungalow court, apartment house, <br />flat, boarding house or lodging house; including the <br />usual accessories located on the same lot or parcel of <br />land, which accessories may include a private gavage, <br />which may be a part of such buildings or separate <br />therefrom, but on ~e same lot or parcel of land and <br />used in connection therewith." <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />Section 2: Paragraph (a) of Section 6 of Ordinance No. <br /> <br />20 616 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />2S <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />"(a) -Zones D or Third Residential District.
