The Mayor and Council of the City of Riverside do ordain 7 as Follows: 8 Section 1: Paragraph (a) of Section 5 of Ordinance No. 9 616 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows: 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 "(a) Zones C or Fourth Residential District. In Zones C or Fourth Residential Districts, no building, structure~ improvement'or premises shall be erected, constructed, established, altered, maintained or used, except as provided in Section 14 hereof, which is designed, arranged or intended to be occupied or used for any purpose other than a use permitted in a Zone D-2 or E or for a single-family dwelling, two-family dwelling, three-family dwelling, four-family dwelling, multiple dwelling, bungalow court, apartment house, flat, boarding house or lodging house; including the usual accessories located on the same lot or parcel of land, which accessories may include a private gavage, which may be a part of such buildings or separate therefrom, but on ~e same lot or parcel of land and used in connection therewith." 19 Section 2: Paragraph (a) of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 20 616 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows: 21 22 2S 24 25 26 27 "(a) -Zones D or Third Residential District. In Zones D or Third Residential Districts, no building, structure, improvement, or premises shall be erected, constructed, established, 'altered, maintained, or used, except as provided in Section 14 hereof, which is designed, arranged, or intended to be occupied or used for any purpose other than a use permitted in a Zone D-B or E; or for a single- family or two-family dwelling; or for a three-family or four-family flat; or for a tea room, boarding or lodging house or combination thereof; with the usual accessories located on the' same lot or parcel of land, including a private garage for not more than six (6) automobiles." 28 Section'3: Paragraph (c) of Section 6 of Ordinance No. ..... ,,o .... 29 616 (New Series) is hereby amended to read as follows: "m(eOa) nThaent ee~i~gte~l~m~ ,on,uS c~db~nat ~hai~t~ C~teisO~ing 31 on the same premises and located on a lot or parcel of land containing not less than twenty thousand (20,000) 32 square feet of area at least one-third (1/3) of which -1-
